Returns and Refunds
We accept refunds and returns within 14 days, from when you received your purchase.
If goods are found defective, not fit for intended purpose, don't match their description, not of merchantable quality or if you simply change your mind. We will refund the full amount of purchase in the form of original payment or offer a online shop credit matching the value of original purchase, the choice is yours. Goods must be in original condition, with swing tags, packaging and proof of purchase.
Please choose wisely, we do not refund if you find that you can get item(s) cheaper elsewhere. Had a defect pointed out at point of purchase, haven't followed care instructions or damaged goods by using them in a way they are not intended.
Firstly notify us in due course, please email : firstname.lastname@example.org or write a letter of complaint addressed to PO Box 5958, Cairns QLD 4870. Include: Your name, postal address, any other contact information you may wish to include and reason for requesting a refund or return.
We will make contact once we have received your email or letter of complaint and if at that point you wish to proceed, we will need you to: Ship the goods in question with swing tags, packaging, proof of purchase, shipping receipts and a copy of your email or letter of complaint.
Once we (MOOSH83) receive said item(s), an inspection will take place by a member of our team. If we determine the fault to be our own, we will refund the full amount including the shipping cost incurred in returning any unwanted goods.

We deliver to Australia and all prices are postage inclusive. All items are sent via Australia Post.
Delivery time is between 7 to 14 working days (unless it is pre-ordered goods) due to our hands on approach from the team in Cairns, Australia.

Our colour range is shown as an indication only, as it may vary from screen to screen. All garment, headwear and accessories colours are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, a slight variation in colour may occur. MOOSH83 reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colours, sizes or fabrics.
Do not iron the print and do not tumble dry.
Wash in cold water with like colours.
What's in stock?
All products you see on the website are available. Sometimes we may be out of a particular colour or size. In which case we will notify you and you will have the option to wait until stock arrives or choose another colour or size.
